One of CopilotKit’s key strategic assets is our partnerships and connections across the AI ecosystem. We work closely with the most important AI teams in the space from Google, AWS, LangChain, Mastra, Microsoft and more.
We are also collaborating and are friends with the other startups powering the AI Industrial Revolution.
In this role - you will work alongside our technical partnerships PM, our Head of Growth and CEO. You power the people and collaboration side of our partnerships, finding opportunities to connect with and collaborate with our partners.
You will also be in charge of our company’s presence in the San Francisco ecosystem, helping us be dominant in the AI events scene.
Reports to Uli (Co-founder, Growth).
Represent Growth in Strategic Partnership Meetings. Sit alongside Brian in Tier 1 partner meetings (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle). He drives the technical relationship. You catch the marketing opportunities — a partner mentions their developer conference, you start working on getting us on stage. An integration is shipping, you open the co-marketing thread with their DevRel team. You make sure every technical win becomes a visible ecosystem moment.
Own Co-Marketing Partnerships End-to-End. There's a large universe of ecosystem partnerships where the point is doing things together — joint posts, shared booths, mutual amplification. Think PydanticAI, Mastra, CrewAI, and the next wave. You identify partners, build relationships, propose the motion, and execute from first email to published post. High-volume, all yours.
Be CopilotKit's Presence in the SF Ecosystem. Someone needs to be physically in the SF AI ecosystem — not monitoring it from Slack, but in the room. You run our events (source the venue, handle Luma, food, merch, day-of logistics). You attend ecosystem events and represent CopilotKit. You support our engineers at conferences — find the right events, submit CFPs, run the booth — so they can just show up and give the talk. You're the ecosystem antenna: you hear a framework just raised a round, you meet a DevRel lead we should know, you bring it back to the team.
